The documentary ”UPEA Investigates for rural development” highlights the work of the Public University of El Alto (UPEA) in the field of rural development research. The main focus of Inter-Learning Actions for Rural Development Project is to highlight and promote the progress and findings of the different organizations and institutions in Bolivia, as part of a collaborative network on rural development.
